Students study a full curriculum geared to both competitive and recreational dancers. Students are trained to develop strength and endurance with emphasis on technique, style and posture. Classes are offered in both Step and Ceili dancing.

The professional atmosphere and high level of instruction encourages the dancers to develop self confidence and discipline which carries over to other facets of life.

Step dancing is solo dancing, learning the Jig, Reel, Slip Jig, Treble Jig, Hornpipe, Traditional Set Dances and Contemporary Set Dances.

Ceili dancing is a group figure dancing such as Four Hands and Eight Hands.

Irish Dance is a great sport no matter what direction you choose to take. It is fantastic exercise that builds both confidence and discipline and offers students the opportunity to participate both individually and as part of a team.
